- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until deeply golden on top and jiggly in center.
- Cool at room temperature before slicing and serving.
Notes
Cheesecake will deflate as it cools — this is normal and desired.
