Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza dough or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp hot honey
  • handful fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • optional red onions or cherry tomatoes sliced thin

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Pizza stone or pan
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Prepare baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Roll or stretch pizza dough to 10–12 inches. Transfer to prepared surface.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella, then crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle red chili flakes over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle hot honey generously, and add fresh basil and optional toppings.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes to desired heat. Use high-quality honey for best flavor.
