Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Prepare baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Roll or stretch pizza dough to 10–12 inches. Transfer to prepared surface.
- Brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, then crumbled feta cheese.
- Sprinkle red chili flakes over the cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, drizzle hot honey generously, and add fresh basil and optional toppings.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes to desired heat. Use high-quality honey for best flavor.
