Sliders
  • 12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls unsliced
  • 12 slices ham thinly sliced
  • 6 slices cheese Swiss or cheddar
Butter Topping
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them.
  3. Layer ham and cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Place top rolls back on and press gently.
  5. Mix melted butter with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush butter mixture generously over the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake another 10–12 minutes until golden and melted.

Notes

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
