- Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Marinate pork for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Roast pork on wire rack for 18–22 minutes, basting once.
- Broil 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest, slice, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Broiling at the end creates the signature sticky char siu glaze.
