Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush generously with sauce.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the top.
