Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Topping
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add honey and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until glossy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewy texture. Store in airtight container up to 4 days.
