- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add honey and mix well.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake for best chewy texture. Store in airtight container up to 4 days.
