Ingredients
  

Peanut Layer
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate melted

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Fold in roasted peanuts.
  3. Press mixture into parchment-lined pan and freeze 20–30 minutes.
  4. Melt dairy-free chocolate until smooth.
  5. Spread chocolate over peanut layer and freeze until set.
  6. Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

Store bars chilled for best texture.
