Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp black tea or tea bags
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey to taste

  • Strainer
  • Measuring cups
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a gentle simmer in a saucepan.
  2. Add black tea and cinnamon stick, steep for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Strain tea and remove cinnamon stick.
  4. Add milk and warm gently without boiling.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
  6. Serve warm in mugs.
