- Cook ground pork in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots. Cook until slightly softened.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let cool completely.
- Fill and roll egg roll wrappers, sealing edges with cornstarch slurry.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on wire rack and serve hot.
