Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead into a soft dough.
- Let dough rise until doubled, then roll into a rectangle.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until golden and cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.

Best served fresh but reheats well in the oven.
