  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder chocolate or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk thoroughly.
  3. Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir, adjust consistency if needed, and serve with toppings.
