Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds until evenly combined.
  3. Let sit 5 minutes, stir again, then cover and refrigerate.
  4. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  5. Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and thickness by adding more milk or sweetener before serving.
