- Grate radishes and cucumber. Squeeze excess moisture from cucumber.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Fold in grated radishes, cucumber, and chopped dill.
- Season with black pepper and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with radish slices, dill sprigs, and paprika before serving.
