Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 bananas ripe, mashed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup natural nut butter unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in eggs, nut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add almond flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool on wire rack before serving.

Notes

Naturally sweetened with bananas. No refined sugar or flour.
