Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place puffed rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add maple syrup to the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Spread cereal evenly on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before storing to allow cereal to crisp.
