  • 4 cups puffed rice cereal unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup pure
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place puffed rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Add maple syrup to the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.
  6. Spread cereal evenly on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Cool completely before storing to allow cereal to crisp.
