Ingredients
  

Cereal Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats or oat flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

  • Food processor or blender

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend rolled oats into a fine flour if not using oat flour.
  3. Mix oat flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Stir until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into tiny balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway, until dry and crisp.
  7. Cool completely before storing or serving with milk.

Notes

Cereal crisps more as it cools. Store in airtight container for best texture.
