Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend rolled oats into a fine flour if not using oat flour.
- Mix oat flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Add honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into tiny balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway, until dry and crisp.
- Cool completely before storing or serving with milk.
Notes
Cereal crisps more as it cools. Store in airtight container for best texture.
