Method
- Dice cooked ham, chop celery, onion, and hard-boiled eggs. Place in a mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over ham mixture and fold gently until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
Notes
Adjust creaminess and seasoning to taste. Leftover holiday ham works great.
