- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1 minute.

- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Add noodles, toss to coat, and serve hot.
Notes
Do not boil after adding sour cream to avoid curdling.
