Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini cooked
  • 1 cup salami sliced
  • 1 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup red onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add tortellini to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Fold in meats, cheese, and vegetables.
  5. Chill briefly, then serve with fresh lettuce added just before serving.

Notes

Add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
