Method
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat and lightly oil grates.
- Slice apples into thick wedges or rounds and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Grill apples 2–3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
- Remove apples from grill and arrange on serving plates.
- Drape prosciutto over warm grilled apples.
- Drizzle with honey and finish with herbs and black pepper.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Use firm apples for best texture.
