Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup oat flour
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25-0.33 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in almond flour and oat flour until a dough forms.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
