Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 bulbs garlic roasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Greek oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Roast garlic with olive oil until soft and golden.
  3. Mash roasted garlic and mix with ricotta, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Stretch dough and spread garlic white sauce evenly.
  5. Top with spinach, mozzarella, and feta.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Finish with olive oil drizzle or fresh herbs if desired.
