- In a bowl, mix grape jelly, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place frozen meatballs into a slow cooker or saucepan.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, HIGH for 1.5–2 hours, or simmer on stovetop for 25–30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally and serve warm.
