- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet if desired.
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts. Pat completely dry.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan and use freshly grated Parmesan.
