  • lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet if desired.
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts. Pat completely dry.
  3. Toss sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven for 3–5 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan and use freshly grated Parmesan.
