Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender and juicy.
