Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and set aside.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Arrange potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving space for chicken.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken drumsticks in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place chicken among potatoes and sprinkle with half the Parmesan.
- Bake for 35 minutes, flip chicken, stir potatoes, add remaining Parmesan, and bake 25 minutes more.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes before serving.
