Ingredients
  

Burger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
Assembly
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Season and cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough rounds.
  4. Fill with beef and cheese, then seal tightly.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan.
  6. Bake 14–18 minutes until golden.

Notes

Seal dough tightly to prevent leaks.
