Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out dough and evenly spread beef and cheese over surface.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
- Place rollups on baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with additional garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. Can be customized with bacon or spices.
