Ingredients
  

Rollups
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package refrigerated dough sheets
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out dough and evenly spread beef and cheese over surface.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
  6. Place rollups on baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Brush with additional garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm. Can be customized with bacon or spices.
