- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chickpeas and cook until lightly golden and crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir fry until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and lemon juice, stirring to coat evenly.
- Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes if using.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
Notes
For extra crisp chickpeas, pat them dry before cooking.
