Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 slices thick bread
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer cheeses between slices with buttered sides facing out.
  4. Cook in skillet over medium-low heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden and melted.
  5. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
