Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 slices bread thick-cut
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Non-stick skillet

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley until combined.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Add cheese between two slices, butter side out.
  4. Cook in skillet over medium-low heat until golden and melted.

Notes

Cook slowly to prevent garlic from burning.
