- Wash grapes thoroughly and pat completely dry.
- Mix sugar and citric acid in a bowl until combined.
- Toss grapes in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until fully frozen.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Adjust citric acid for desired sourness. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
