Ingredients
  

Banana Base
  • 3 bananas peeled and halved
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
Chocolate Coating
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Toppings
  • 0.25 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas, cut in half, insert sticks if desired, and freeze until solid.
  2. Spread frozen bananas with peanut butter and refreeze briefly.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip bananas into melted chocolate, coating fully.
  5. Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Freeze again until fully set before serving.

Notes

Let frozen bananas sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for best texture.
