French Dip Sliders

Easy baked sliders layered with tender beef, melted provolone, buttery rolls, and served with rich au jus.

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef roast beef or shaved steak
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth for dipping

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Small saucepan
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
  3. Layer beef evenly, then top with provolone cheese.
  4. Place top half of rolls over cheese.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce, then brush over rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Warm beef broth and serve sliders with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Best served warm with au jus. Assemble ahead and bake just before serving.
