Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
- Layer beef evenly, then top with provolone cheese.
- Place top half of rolls over cheese.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce, then brush over rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Warm beef broth and serve sliders with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Best served warm with au jus. Assemble ahead and bake just before serving.
