French Dip Sliders

Easy baked sliders filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and served with rich au jus for dipping.

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls horizontally and place bottom halves in baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef evenly over rolls, then top with cheese.
  4. Place top halves of rolls over cheese.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; brush over rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes until tops are golden.
  8. Warm beef broth and serve sliders with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
