Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Place sliced French bread on baking sheet and lightly toast for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over bread.
  4. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Broil briefly if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

Toast bread before topping to prevent sogginess.
