Method
- Place mint leaves and agave syrup in a small bowl. Gently muddle to release aroma.
- Combine green apple juice and lime juice in a jug. Stir well.
- Add muddled mint mixture into the juice. Stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice. Pour juice mixture over ice.
- Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
Notes
