Ingredients
  

Mocktail Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • 2-3 lemon or orange slices
  • 1-2 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 ice cubes
  • a few cranberries or pomegranate seeds optional garnish

Equipment

  • Tall glasses
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Citrus juicer
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add elderflower syrup and optional honey/agave to the glass.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice (or orange juice) and add a citrus slice.
  4. Bruise a rosemary sprig and add it to the glass.
  5. Slowly pour sparkling water over the mixture to preserve bubbles.
  6. Stir gently, garnish with extra rosemary and citrus, then serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. Make a batch ahead by mixing syrup and citrus, then add sparkling water when serving.
