Method
- Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Add elderflower syrup and optional honey/agave to the glass.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice (or orange juice) and add a citrus slice.
- Bruise a rosemary sprig and add it to the glass.
- Slowly pour sparkling water over the mixture to preserve bubbles.
- Stir gently, garnish with extra rosemary and citrus, then serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. Make a batch ahead by mixing syrup and citrus, then add sparkling water when serving.
