Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3-5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Whisk heat-treated flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cream butter with brown and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Add dry ingredients gradually, mixing until combined.
  5. Add milk one tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips and serve.
