- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until set but fudgy in the center.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
