Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup zero calorie sweetener
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes until set but fudgy in the center.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
