Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup spinach chopped and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  4. Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared dish and top with extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with chips, bread, or fresh vegetables.
