Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
Crust
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough and press into muffin tin cups.
  3. Mix chicken, vegetables, and soup until combined.
  4. Fill biscuit cups with mixture.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Can be frozen after baking and reheated in oven.
