Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Warm olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Season sauce and remove from heat.
  5. Combine chicken, broccoli, sauce, and half the cheese.
  6. Transfer to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
