Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic and seasonings.
  4. Add chicken and broccoli and mix well.
  5. Fold in half the cheese.
  6. Transfer to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
