Ingredients
  

Cheesecake
  • 2 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 small egg beaten
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tbsp almond flour optional
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Microwave-safe mug

Method
 

  1. Add softened cream cheese and sweetener to a microwave-safe mug and mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in egg, vanilla, almond flour, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds until just set.
  4. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
