Method
- Bring water or gluten-free dashi to a gentle simmer.
- Add wakame and allow it to rehydrate.
- Gently add tofu cubes.
- Dissolve miso paste in a small bowl with warm broth.
- Stir miso mixture into soup and remove from heat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Do not boil after adding miso to preserve flavor and probiotics.
