Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil plus more for topping
Topping
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary optional

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
  4. Transfer dough to a well-oiled baking pan and gently stretch.
  5. Rest 30–45 minutes while oven preheats to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Dimple dough, drizzle olive oil, and add toppings.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
