Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Add rice, broth, soy sauce, vegetables, garlic, sesame oil, and pepper to the dish. Stir gently.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Remove foil, fluff rice, pour eggs over rice, and stir gently.
- Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until eggs are cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
