Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Add rice, broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to the dish and stir gently.
- Sprinkle frozen vegetables evenly over the rice mixture.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover, crack eggs over rice, stir gently, and return to oven.
- Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until eggs are cooked.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sesame oil or protein during the final bake.
