Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
Topping
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling and spread gently.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours until set before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to allow layers to fully set.
